Celebrating 5 years, welcome to our new website.
ATO, Catalog, Custom, MTO, and stock orders all refer to the different processes we use to produce jewelry. Below are the differences:
Assembled to Order (ATO): These are orders that do not require a digital or hand drawing. They involve assembling different parts together to build an item.
Catalog: These are orders from our catalog or a partner catalog. Catalog items are often cheaper and have more flexible return policies.
Custom: These are orders that require an original, unique jewelry design. These are non-refundable and often take longer than the alternative options.
Made-to-Order (MTO): These are orders that are built from a past jewelry design, assuming a few modifications. They are non-refundable, but take less time to complete than custom-produced items.
Pre-owned/Pre-Loved/Antique: This is jewelry that was sold to us and worn before. Whether on consignment or owned by us, pre-owned jewelry will always be marked. They are often considerably cheaper than building a new item and once polished, are as-good-as-new.
Stock: These are new, in-stock jewelry items. They are typically available on-demand (if in-stock) and have the most flexible return policies.
Each process varies in the applicable return policies, costs, and timelines. Be sure to ask our team or check online listings for more information. Reach out to care@www.zazzybox.com for further questions.
